Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Carefully disassemble and pack all components, including screws, brackets, and electronics, into their original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Clearly mark your RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box and send the package to our designated regional warehouse using a tracked and insured courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
